Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone or Visit. Responsibilities and Duties
Find leads based on market research and extensive sourcing on the web
Identify market opportunities, target markets and strategically map and translate business problems into opportunities.
Intelligent data gathering on competitors and customers to generate leads for possible sales and follow up sales activities
Generating leads through email marketing using best practices
Make outbound calls/follow-up calls to prospects, sense opportunities, qualify leads and ability to set/generate meetings
Build and maintain an accurate prospect/customer database by profiling and capturing relevant customer and prospect information on our CRM
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
