Administration and execution of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Employee Engagement & Retention.
Preparing for monthly manpower, payroll and related HR reports to the Accounting Department.
Create & administer HR internal policies and procedures to align with corporate directions
Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Social Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and internet savvy
